Before recommending a program, Julie evaluates how your child thinks, manages time, makes decisions, and performs under pressure.
First, we find the cause. Then we build the plan.
2) Who is Count On Me Tutoring designed for?
Count On Me is designed for families seeking structured, ongoing performance development—not occasional homework help, last-minute preparation, or drop-in tutoring.
It is for parents who expect accountability, documented progress, and a plan built around their child.
3) How much does it cost?
The Professional Evaluation & Strategy Session is $225.
Ongoing Academic Performance Programs begin at $1,500 and are customized based on the evaluation findings, goals, timeline, and level of support required.
4) Who conducts the evaluation, and is it virtual?
Every evaluation is conducted virtually and personally by Julie Schwartz, founder of Count On Me Tutoring and creator of the Performance Thinking Process™.
Ongoing support may be provided virtually or in person depending on the student’s needs and availability.
5) Am I required to enroll afterward?
No.
The evaluation provides clear findings, a personalized action plan, and recommendations. Moving forward with a program is entirely your decision.
6) Is enrollment limited?
Yes. Count On Me works with only five students total at a time to provide individualized planning, direct oversight, formal progress reporting, and consistent accountability.
Completing an application does not guarantee placement.
7) What happens after I apply?
Julie personally reviews every application.
If an evaluation is the appropriate next step, you’ll receive scheduling instructions and once it's scheduled - an invoice. Your appointment is reserved once payment is received.
