Knows the Math. Second-Guesses the Answer.
Performance Under Pressure Math Workshop
For students in grades 6–7
Led by Julie Deandra Schwartz, Founder of Count On Me Tutoring
Your child studies, understands the homework, and then loses points on the test because they hesitate, rush, or change correct answers.
This live Zoom workshop helps students practice a clearer approach to working through math questions under time pressure.
Students will practice how to:
• Get started when a question feels overwhelming
• Decide when to keep working and when to move on
• Check their work without repeatedly second-guessing
• Manage their time without rushing
Students will work through grade-level math problems with guided practice, then apply the strategies independently.
